What you will do

• Assist customers with system evaluations, benchmarks, configurations, and installations.
• Collaborate with R&D Engineering to define product requirements and usability specifications.
• Develop sales strategies and take technical ownership of customer accounts.
• Provide leadership on distributed storage architectures, file systems, and DAS/NAS/SAN products.
• Create architecture blueprints for repeatable customer solutions.
• Support the growth of system and field engineering teams and the Support organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise storage sales support for large IT organizations.
• Strong understanding of unstructured data applications and next-gen analytics/web frameworks.
• Proven ability to deliver technical product and architecture presentations.
• Proficiency in virtualization, high-performance networking, and enterprise security.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in New York
