What you will do

• Own key external events end-to-end, including planning, delivery, and post-event reporting for events like 4 Years From Now, South Summit, and Valencia Digital Summit.
• Design owned event formats that stand out and position hirify.global as a memorable brand for Spanish SMEs.
• Run vendors and budgets with discipline, negotiating contracts and optimizing spend.
• Align internal teams like Design, Sales, Press, and Social Media for consistent messaging and on-time execution.
• Measure and improve event ROI using defined metrics, data, and AI-supported workflows.

Requirements

• Based in Spain: Role focused on Spanish market with hybrid work in Barcelona.
• Event ownership with at least 5 years leading multiple events in parallel from planning to delivery with clear outcomes.
• Strong planning and project management to run timelines, align stakeholders, and hit deadlines.
• Budget and negotiation skills to deliver quality within tight budgets.
• Autonomy and accountability to make decisions and own results end-to-end.
• AI-native workflow using AI tools for planning, communications, and analysis.
