What you will do

• Develop and deploy post-M&A integration strategies and detailed activity plans.
• Lead Integration Team meetings to ensure all functional leaders understand their roles and objectives.
• Manage interdependencies between functions to ensure activities are prioritized and sequenced correctly.
• Drive the realization of synergies by checking business case compliance and identifying new opportunities.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with the integration process.
• Communicate schedules and status reports to various levels of the organization, including the Executive level.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management working with cross-functional groups.
• English: Upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven experience in building professional relationships.
• Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Ability to create alignment across various stakeholders and high ethical standards.
