What you will do

• Build and evolve product features end-to-end from ideation to production.
• Design and develop APIs used by customers and partners.
• Optimize how users integrate, test, and evaluate the product.
• Introduce and implement AI/MCP capabilities to improve UX and speed of adoption.

Requirements

• Strong Java backend experience.
• Proven experience in product development and shipping real-world features.
• Pragmatic approach to adopting new technologies (AI/LLM/MCP).
• Experience with AI agents, MCP, or similar technical approaches.
