What you will do

• Develop and maintain the gambling platform within a continuous delivery environment using open-source technologies.
• Collaborate with software architects and product owners to define technical specifications and gather requirements.
• Implement APIs and integrations with third-party services to enhance platform functionality.
• Contribute to the engineering culture by sharing knowledge and learning from team members.
• Analyze user needs to ensure a seamless and entertaining player experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-depth practical experience with Java and Spring.
• Solid understanding of web application architecture and microservices.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from the UK (St Albans), Malta, or Gibraltar.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of JVM-based languages, particularly Kotlin.
• Practical experience with MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Grafana for observability and monitoring.
• Understanding of Autonomous Agents, such as Claude.
