What you will do

• Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment cross-functionally throughout the plant.
• Identify system vulnerabilities and develop inclusive mitigation plans with tracked corrective actions.
• Design and manage key strategic interfaces to ensure component reuse and adherence to best practices.
• Create and implement tests to identify and execute design improvements.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to foster innovation within the manufacturing process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, TN, STEM OPT) now or in the future.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge of PLC (Allen Bradley), Robotics (Fanuc/ABB), and Vision systems (Cognex/Keyence).
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and high voltage power distribution.
• Experience with servo motors, motion control, and drives.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with a high level of autonomy.
