What you will do

• Manage controls-related electrical projects, including equipment installation, periodic repair, and refurbishment.
• Provide technical support, direction, and training to tech support and skilled trades personnel.
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing problems and conveyor issues to ensure production stability.
• Coordinate equipment planning, model changes, and throughput improvements.
• Utilize statistical methods for the continuous improvement of plant control systems.
• Enforce safe work practices and implement objectives for improved ergonomics and health/safety.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Controls Engineering experience.
• Ability to program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLC family and Siemens processors.
• High level of analytical ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Ability to work an off shift (2nd or 3rd shift).
• Must not require immigration sponsorship (H-1B, TN, STEM OPT, etc.) now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience with Cobots, Robots, Vision systems, and Self Guided Vehicles.
