What you will do
- Act as the first responder for employee IT support via helpdesk tickets, chat, and other channels.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Manage user accounts and permissions through Okta, Active Directory, and Google Workspace.
- Administer SaaS platforms including CrowdStrike, Jira, and Slack.
- Handle zero-touch workstation deployment and remote endpoint management.
- Develop system improvements and automation solutions during downtime.
Requirements
- Strong English proficiency (written and verbal) for communication across multiple timezones.
- Must be based in Vietnam (Hanoi or Saigon).
- Experience in helpdesk, desktop support, or IT operations across multiple operating systems.
- Working familiarity with IAM tools like Okta or Active Directory.
- Comfort administering cloud-based platforms such as Google Workspace and Jira.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and scripting ability (Bash, Python).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SSO and provisioning protocols (SAML 2.0, SCIM).
- Experience with endpoint management and zero-touch deployment tools.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, VPNs, and firewall/routing concepts.
- Experience with A/V and telecom systems.
