What you will do

  • Act as the first responder for employee IT support via helpdesk tickets, chat, and other channels.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions through Okta, Active Directory, and Google Workspace.
  • Administer SaaS platforms including CrowdStrike, Jira, and Slack.
  • Handle zero-touch workstation deployment and remote endpoint management.
  • Develop system improvements and automation solutions during downtime.

Requirements

  • Strong English proficiency (written and verbal) for communication across multiple timezones.
  • Must be based in Vietnam (Hanoi or Saigon).
  • Experience in helpdesk, desktop support, or IT operations across multiple operating systems.
  • Working familiarity with IAM tools like Okta or Active Directory.
  • Comfort administering cloud-based platforms such as Google Workspace and Jira.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and scripting ability (Bash, Python).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SSO and provisioning protocols (SAML 2.0, SCIM).
  • Experience with endpoint management and zero-touch deployment tools.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, VPNs, and firewall/routing concepts.
  • Experience with A/V and telecom systems.
