What you will do

• Ensure effective and rapid hiring of A-grade players for the Mobile Apps team, focusing on quality, speed, and business results
• Influence team performance and work on employee efficiency
• Ensure retention of key employees and manage risks of losing top performers
• Develop and advise managerial skills among leaders, assisting in management, prioritization, and team collaboration
• Strengthen the company's Employer Brand in the Mobile Apps market to attract top candidates

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience in human resources, including at least 3 years as Head of HR / HR Director
• 2+ years of experience in HR/Recruitment within Mobile Apps / Web 2.0 sectors
• Managing recruitment in highly competitive niches, hiring A-grade players
• Experience developing performance management systems (KPIs, evaluations, feedback), onboarding, retention, and development processes
• Ability to work with HR and business metrics (hiring funnel, conversion rates, retention, performance) and make data-driven decisions
• English B2+, Ukrainian / Russian language
