What you will do

• Improve content approval rates and reduce compliance flags for advertisers.
• Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve creative performance and approval.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for advertisers via direct chat-based communication.
• Analyze content performance data, identify trends, and suggest content refresh strategies.
• Collaborate with Policy setting and account management teams to align on scaling strategies.
• Track key metrics (compliance, approvals, creative health) and maintain reporting dashboards.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Ad Operations.
• Proven track record of direct client communication and driving measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of content moderation and platform policies.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in BI tools and spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Must be based in London to adhere to the hybrid work schedule.
