What you will do

• Lead and elevate the VIP team to drive revenue performance and market growth in a competitive market.
• Develop and coach high-impact Hosts to deliver premium experiences to the most valuable players.
• Collaborate with Analytics teams to monitor reinvestment programs, including comps and reward incentives.
• Develop and implement sales training programs across the VIP team to improve overall performance.
• Manage the escalation process and work cross-functionally to provide timely resolutions for customers.
• Drive key VIP sales metrics contributing to customer engagement, market share, and net revenue.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Marketing and Sales focusing on relationship building, retention, and growth.
• At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team through coaching and performance management.
