• Manage and expand the full customer lifecycle for InfoSec-aaS product.
• Advise customers on information security and build scalable ISMS solutions.
• Guide customers through audits like ISO 27001 or TISAX®.
• Leverage AI-powered tooling for efficient security consulting.
• Support Sales and Customer Success with cross-selling and up-selling.
• Drive product evolution by providing actionable customer feedback.

Requirements

• Excellent German and English communication skills
• Professional experience in IT and information security
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC2, or TISAX®
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Efficient, AI-driven working style
• Strong process- and customer-oriented mindset
• Up-to-date IT and information security knowledge
• Interest in data protection topics
