Oracle Sr. Solution Architect (Oracle Cloud)

TL;DR

Oracle Sr. Solution Architect (Oracle Cloud): Performing advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations with an accent on full life cycle implementations, system design, and transformational goals. Focus on documenting business requirements, configuring applications, and conducting end-user training for complex deployments.

Location: Hybrid (Arlington, VA). Must be based in or be able to work in Arlington, VA, with in-person attendance at least two to three days per week.

What you will do

• Manage full life cycle Oracle implementations, including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system designs, and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing to ensure system stability.
• Develop training materials and lead classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support and define future state processes based on business objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to perform flow mapping and prototyping.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar consulting practice serving cross-industry clients.
• Successful completion of at least 4 full life cycle Oracle implementations.
• Industry-recognized professional certification.
• Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity.
• Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience installing or configuring Infor Applications.
• Specific training or exposure to Oracle Cloud Applications.
