hirify.global Interactive operates a global aggregation business and provides platforms, distribution, and expertise to emerging game studios.

What you will do

• Define and implement the global IGNITE strategy as a core pillar of the Aggregation business.
• Build and manage a portfolio of emerging studios through onboarding, development, scaling, and long-term partnerships.
• Develop support models covering tools, funding, mentorship, distribution access, exclusivity, and co-development.
• Coordinate with Product and Platform teams to integrate studios and content into the aggregation platform.
• Align content strategy with operator demand and support expansion into regulated markets.
• Define performance metrics, guide investment decisions, and report recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in iGaming, gaming platforms, digital marketplaces, or adjacent industries.
• Experience with studio partnerships, developer ecosystems, or incubation and acceleration models.
• Strong strategic, commercial, and portfolio management capabilities.
• A strong network within the game development and studio ecosystem.
• Understanding of content performance, distribution, and aggregation models.
• Deep understanding of multi-jurisdictional iGaming regulations and content certification processes.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling early-stage studios or content portfolios.
• Experience running or sponsoring studio incubation or acceleration programs.
• P&L ownership or direct commercial accountability.
