TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Engineer (React/.NET): Building digital interviewing and talent assessment solutions with an accent on frontend development and system integrations. Focus on developing Enterprise-level SaaS Video Interview and chatbot platforms, utilizing agentic development tools to bridge the platform with the HR tech ecosystem.
Location: Remote (must be part of the LATAM talent pool)

What you will do
- Develop and code cutting-edge human interaction software for an Enterprise-level SaaS Video Interview and chatbot platform.
- Build modern frontend applications using React with a strong emphasis on user interface quality.
- Develop and maintain backend services using .NET (C#) and MS SQL.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Team Leads, QA, Product Managers, and Product Designers.
- Integrate the platform with the broader HR tech ecosystem to expand functionality.
- Implement agentic development practices using tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
Requirements
- Solid experience building modern frontend applications with React.
- Strong production experience with .NET (C#).
- Experience working with MS SQL or similar relational databases.
- Proficiency with Agentic Development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Availability to work as part of the LATAM talent pool.
Nice to have
- Experience with microservices architectures and AWS cloud environments.
- Knowledge of Python, LangChain, and Promptfoo.
- Experience with AWS AI services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lex, or Rekognition.
- Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform.
- Exposure to Spec-Driven Development practices (e.g., SpecKit, OpenSpec).
