What you will do

• Collaborate in cross-functional, stream-aligned teams to plan, build, and support customer-focused software.
• Develop and support features across the full stack, bringing expertise in both frontend and backend development.
• Implement and maintain event-driven architectures across multiple cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Ensure system stability and observability using monitoring tools such as Datadog, RUM, and Tracing.
• Champion engineering best practices and contribute to the growth of a high-performance engineering culture.
• Own the product lifecycle from initial code commit through to production operation.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of modern web applications with experience building TypeScript/JavaScript applications.
• Proficiency in Python and experience working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture and experience with AWS (Serverless) and/or GCP.
• Strong focus on code quality through test automation and demonstrable experience with production observability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action and a customer-value mindset.
• Must be based in the UK.
