What you will do
- Respond to technical tickets within established deadlines and quality standards.
- Investigate system issues to identify root causes and restore functionality as quickly as possible.
- Handle on-call support requests and work on 12x36 shifts.
- Manage the ticket lifecycle to ensure strict adherence to SLAs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a Technologist diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and technical support.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux environment administration.
- English: Intermediate level required (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Location: Must be based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

- Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
