TL;DR
Customer Success Engineer (SaaS/Public Transport): Own technical project delivery for public transportation platform, including data migration, platform configuration, integrations, and value-focused workshops with an accent on optimization scenarios and continuous enablement. Focus on bridging customer business goals with technology, managing technical escalations, and driving platform adoption through coaching and cross-functional collaboration.
Based in São Paulo, Brazil. Expected to spend at least three days per week working from a local office or on-site with customers.

What you will do
- Own initial implementation including data migration, platform configuration, and user training for timely go-live.
- Deliver continuous technical enablement, coaching sessions, and value-focused workshops like optimization scenario analysis.
- Design solutions, manage integrations with client systems, and define technical requirements with internal teams.
- Build relationships as trusted technical advisor, map client organizations, and mitigate risks.
- Manage technical project delivery alongside PMO/CSM, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Act as voice of the customer, handle escalations, and align with Sales, Product, and R&D teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client-facing SaaS roles (B2B/B2G), building relationships with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong project management skills to prioritize and drive outcomes across multiple engagements.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Adaptability in fast-paced startup/scale-up environments.

- Experience in transit, public transportation, CAD/AVL, or ITS.
