What you will do

• Architect and evolve Kubernetes-based internal developer platform, including monitoring, secrets management, and delivery pipelines.
• Design scalable fault-tolerant components for capacity planning, multi-tenancy, networking, and storage across bare-metal and cloud.
• Write production code in Go/Python for platform tooling, services, operators, and APIs; build self-service Terraform modules, Helm charts, and pipeline templates.
• Own platform security posture, SOC 2 Type II compliance, container security, and zero-trust principles.
• Champion AI tooling adoption for code generation, reviews, incident response, and automation.
• Lead technical direction, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to incident response.

Requirements

• 8+ years in infrastructure/SRE/platform engineering, 3+ years senior/staff owning architecture.
• Strong Go and/or Python for production platform services.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise (GKE/EKS, bare-metal, networking, multi-tenancy).
• Terraform for reusable modules and IaC at scale; observability (Prometheus, Victoria Metrics, Grafana, Loki); ArgoCD/Helm/CI-CD.
• Cloud (GCP/OCI/AWS/Azure), Linux/networking (DNS, firewalls, VPN, BGP), security/compliance (SOC 2).
• English B2 minimum; EU time zone.
