DevOps Engineer (ATM)

TL;DR

DevOps Engineer (ATM Infrastructure): Build and enhance fintech services integrated with AWS-based platform and Windows infrastructure with an accent on Kubernetes clusters, hybrid IaC management, and secure ATM software delivery. Focus on automating CI/CD pipelines, implementing service mesh solutions, and maintaining Windows golden images for high availability and reliability.

Location: Worldwide, flexible work from one of our offices or remote. Relocation support to Cyprus with full visa & permit support to the employee and family.

What you will do

• Build and enhance fintech services on AWS and internal Windows infrastructure.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters for deployment and scaling of containerized services.
• Maintain and automate Windows environments (Server, AD, GPO) and ATM software delivery.
• Use Terraform for hybrid infrastructure (AWS + on-prem + Windows).
• Implement service mesh (e.g., Istio) for observability and traffic security.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, ArgoCD) for Linux and Windows workloads.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ATM and backend systems for high availability.

Requirements

• B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
• 3+ years in DevOps/SRE role.
• Strong Windows expertise: Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, GPO, PowerShell.
• Cloud experience (preferably AWS) and hybrid infrastructures.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Ansible.
• Understanding of distributed systems, databases (Elasticsearch, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Networking, VPNs, secure edge device communication; scripting in PowerShell and Bash.
• Windows image management (WIM/DISM, Packer/DSC).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ATM hardware (vendor drivers, firmware).
• Windows and BIOS security hardening for edge devices.
