What you will do

• Oversee multi-country European tax compliance, including VAT, WHT, and DST filings.
• Manage external advisors and BPO providers to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to support market expansion and restructuring.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact to ensure proactive compliance.
• Drive automation and scalable tax processes in collaboration with Financial Systems and global tax teams.
• Support entry into new European markets and key business initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in tax within multinational environments.
• Mandatory expertise in European VAT and multi-country tax compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Commercial departments.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Proactive problem-solving ability in complex regulatory environments.
