What you will do

• Optimize OIDC, SAML, and OAuth configurations within Okta to ensure secure employee access.
• Manage and maintain a global fleet of Apple devices using Jamf.
• Develop Python and Bash scripts to automate repetitive IT tasks, deployments, and system integrations.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion, including technical documentation.
• Support cloud migrations (ESX to Cloud) and troubleshoot network routing based on the OSI model.
• Maintain high standards for ticket hygiene and system architecture documentation.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Senior IT, Sysadmin, or Systems Engineering roles.
• Expert-level knowledge of Okta and Jamf is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of identity protocols (OIDC, SAML, OAuth) and end-user device security.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash) for system automation.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and manage a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Exceptional English skills for working in an asynchronous, documentation-heavy environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GitOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience using LLMs to enhance productivity.
