Technical Project Lead (Semiconductor Node Integration)

What you will do

• Lead Node Transition Project execution, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Explore and validate integrated scanner, metrology, and process-control solutions throughout node development.
• Lead technical verification of on-product performance and validate the business case.
• Synthesize engineering inputs and adjust project direction when needed.
• Translate customer requirements into project deliverables and align stakeholders on priorities.
• Partner with business teams to drive customer adoption and turn opportunities into actionable plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductors, ideally with process-control expertise.
• Proven experience leading complex projects or teams.
• Fluent English and the ability to participate in technical dialogue.
• Decisive leadership and resilience in managing project deliverables.
• Ability to translate deep technical insights into executive summaries.
• Legal authorization to access technology controlled under United States Export Administration Regulations is required before starting work.
