What you will do

• Lead the design and development of AI-powered internal platforms and systems focusing on Marketing.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex projects from problem discovery and system design through production rollout.
• Implement AI-driven features, intelligent automation, and orchestration systems to enhance customer experiences.
• Build full-stack systems spanning backend services, APIs, data layers, and frontend interfaces using React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities and drive adoption.
• Mentor AI team members through code reviews and hands-on design guidance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software, AI, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and shipping AI-powered systems into production.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and frontend frameworks (React).
• Experience with distributed systems and complex data workflows.
• Location: Must be based in Latin America

Nice to have

• Experience with transformer architectures (BERT, GPT) and fine-tuning strategies.
• Understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, and LLM application patterns.
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) and embeddings.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Exposure to Golang or CRM platforms like Braze.
