What you will do
- Lead development of high-quality React code and set standards for frontend craftsmanship.
- Design scalable component systems, state management, and frontend infrastructure.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and problem-solving.
- Own investigation, debugging, and resolution of performance, rendering, and scalability issues.
- Translate product/design requirements into technical designs and scoped tickets.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years professional software engineering with strong focus on modern frontend apps.
- Deep expertise in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, component architecture, and state management.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools like Claude Code or Cursor for development productivity.
- Strong product/design sensibility, UI quality, performance optimization, accessibility, responsive design.
- Debugging skills across frontend-backend boundaries, GitHub workflows, CI/CD.
- Technical leadership: drive direction, mentor, raise quality bar.
- Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.

- Building/integrating AI-powered features.
- LangGraph, LangChain, or agent-based frameworks.
- Data-rich UIs: dashboards, analytics, visualization.
- Design systems or shared component libraries.
- Cypress or end-to-end testing.
