What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex full-stack interoperability solutions.
• Own major features and system-level designs to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor for junior and mid-level engineers.
• Drive research and evaluation of new technologies to shape the team's technical strategy.
• Architect and implement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, system) using TDD.
• Define architectural patterns and best practices within a self-organizing agile team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and shipping high-quality, scalable software.
• Deep hands-on expertise with TypeScript, React, and .NET.
• Expert understanding of SOLID, OOP, and general architectural design patterns.
• Mastery of Microsoft Visual Studio, Git, and Azure Pipelines.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor other engineers.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a related field.
