Senior Site Reliability Engineer

What you will do

• Manage, implement, and improve CI/CD infrastructure automation and tooling using Azure DevOps, scripting, and proprietary systems.
• Automate Azure cloud deployments, resource provisioning, and infrastructure tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in application development, deployment, and operations.
• Analyze availability, performance, and outages, providing leadership for resolutions.
• Maintain monitoring, alerting, and on-call rotation to ensure business continuity.
• Continuously improve processes, ensure compliance, and document architectures and procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or relevant experience.
• +8 years experience with cloud services (Azure preferred), deployment, and IT infrastructure.
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, JavaScript).
• Programming in C#, Python, Golang, Ruby or equivalent.
• Knowledge of AD, DNS, IIS, networking, Microsoft SQL Server/Azure SQL.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, YAML) or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with FedRamp background screening.
• Ability to work in a global team; occasional after-hours for urgent issues.
