What you will do

• Design and implement complex infrastructure projects spanning multiple systems and domains.
• Build self-service platforms and CLIs to reduce dependency on platform teams.
• Develop automation to eliminate repetitive manual work for engineering teams.
• Create monitoring, alerting, and diagnostic tools to proactively surface issues.
• Partner with engineering teams to understand pain points and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical platform services.

Requirements

• Strong background in Platform Engineering with solid programming experience in Python and Go.
• Proven track record of building and operating systems at scale for large engineering organizations.
• Thorough experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Experience maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines at scale.
• Proficiency with monorepo build tools such as Bazel or Gradle.

Nice to have

• Experience with release automation and deployment safety mechanisms.
• Background in developer tooling and contributions to open source infrastructure.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into developer workflows.
• Prior work on build performance optimization or test infrastructure at scale.
