What you will do

• Set and execute the strategic direction of the brand to support the company's next growth stage.
• Lead the development of the strategic brand platform, including vision, purpose, and positioning.
• Evolve verbal and visual identity systems and establish a central brand governance framework using AI.
• Collaborate with the CMO and marketing teams to ensure all communications and campaigns remain on-brand.
• Oversee brand architecture and execute a "branded house" migration plan for all products and services.
• Partner with the Chief People Officer to build and launch a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in brand strategy with a track record in leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading major brand transformations for complex, global organizations.
• Deep expertise in brand and product architecture, specifically managing migration to a "Branded House" model.
• Extensive experience presenting to and gaining alignment from C-suite executives.
• Proficiency with Figma, Microsoft Suite, and ClickUp.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK
