What you will do

  • Design, implement and maintain automated test frameworks for hirify.global's web-based SaaS products
  • Execute and guide functional, integration, regression and exploratory tests
  • Collaborate with developers and product specialists to refine user stories, acceptance criteria and testability
  • Analyze requirements and technical designs to identify risk areas and critical test scenarios
  • Investigate, document and follow up on defects with reproduction steps and impact analysis
  • Improve test coverage, reliability and overall QA processes; coach junior SDETs and promote quality best practices

Requirements

  • Medior level: 3–5 years in QA, test automation or SDET roles
  • Experience testing complex web applications, preferably SaaS products
  • Hands-on with test automation using modern tools, specifically Cypress
  • Solid knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving
  • Comfortable in cross-functional international teams; good command of Dutch and English

Nice to have

  • Experience in audit, accountancy, financial reporting or compliance software
  • CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub Actions), Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)
  • ISTQB or other QA certifications
  • Cloud platforms and modern web architectures
  • Contributions to test strategies or quality improvement initiatives
