What you will do

• Design and build robust, scalable automated test solutions to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Implement automated test frameworks and actively shape the overall test strategy and architecture.
• Drive a strong quality mindset across multiple teams by applying technical expertise in modern tooling.
• Continuously optimize test processes and frameworks to increase delivery speed and impact.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers to strengthen the team's overall technical capability.
• Collaborate with developers as a technical sparring partner and align quality expectations with customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or a similar field.
• 5 years of work experience in the high-tech domain.
• Proficiency in object-oriented software development using Python, C++, and/or C#.
• Hands-on experience with test automation.
• Good command of English.

Nice to have

• Experience with the ROBOT Framework.
• Knowledge of TDD, BDD, keyword-driven, data-driven, model-based, or property-based testing.
• Proficiency in the Dutch language.
