Salary: USD 1,600 - 1,900 per month

What you will do

• Edit long-form videos (10–30 minutes) for YouTube and website using jump cuts, transitions, keyframing.
• Repurpose long-form content into shorter reels, TikToks, and social posts.
• Create, get approval for, and schedule monthly content calendar.
• Ensure content reflects professional, authoritative voice prioritizing social proof.
• Experiment with AI tools and avatars for onboarding and training.
• Manage and track ideas, notes from founder for timely execution.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as Video Editor and Social Media Specialist.
• Proven video editing (Premiere Pro or similar) and social media management.
• Strong content strategy understanding (turning one video into many assets).
• Highly organized, manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
