Senior Fullstack Developer (React/Node.js)

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

• Work in a high-velocity full-stack agile team and deliver production-quality software.
• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance services with React and Node.js.
• Translate UX designs into reusable, accessible components using the existing design system.
• Design and implement major product features and build new services from scratch.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, DevOps, automation, and UX teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of web development experience with React and 5+ years of backend development experience with Node.js.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Practical experience designing and architecting large-scale frontend and backend systems.
• Experience with React state management, SASS, webpack, design tools, and databases such as MySQL, MemSQL, or Redis.
• Knowledge of microservice architectures, cloud solutions, and Node.js technologies including Express, streams, ORMs, unit testing, and logging.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude, including MCP servers and instruction files.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Playwright, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
