Location: Fully remote, outside of Canada, allowing work from anywhere in the world. Must be prepared to work standard business hours on EST or PST.

What you will do

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Design, develop, and improve test processes and environments for efficient release cycles.
• Design, develop, execute test cases, analyze results, and create test reports.
• Identify, record, and document bugs, performing thorough regression testing.
• Work with the Development Team to collect software requirements and update test cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Application (Hardware & Software) support and troubleshooting.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with software testing and quality processes, methods, and standards.
• Solid understanding of common browsers and the Windows operating system.
• Experience with manual/exploratory testing and agile software QA.
• Experience with common developer tools, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Ruby on Rails.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
