Senior QA Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Tangier, Morocco (2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive manual test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to validate business processes.
• Identify, analyze, and document software defects and issues.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure complete test coverage.
• Mentor junior QA team members through work reviews and constructive feedback.
• Partner with the customer care team to investigate and resolve user-reported issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a manual QA tester.
• Hands-on experience with web, mobile (iOS & Android), and API testing.
• Familiarity with agile/scrum project methodologies.
• English: Good level of written and spoken proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Tangier, Morocco.
