What you will do

• Lead design and development of scalable, highly available Ads & Monetization platforms.
• Drive end-to-end architecture for backend services and frontend applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and execution plans.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, DevOps, and SRE teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and champion best practices.
• Improve alerting, monitoring, disaster recovery, and system optimization.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent, 10+ years software engineering with technical leadership.
• Expertise in large-scale distributed systems and microservices (Java).
• Strong full-stack experience with modern frontend frameworks (React).
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and NoSQL stores (DynamoDB, Cassandra, HBase).
• Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, Flink) and performance engineering.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across teams.

Nice to have

• CI/CD pipelines, test automation, Jenkins, Gradle.
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• AdTech platforms experience (Ad Serving, DSP).
• XAML experience.
