What you will do

• Develop and execute growth strategies focused on user acquisition and enterprise pipeline growth.
• Build and optimize marketing surfaces, including landing pages, signup flows, pricing pages, and onboarding journeys.
• Run rapid experimentation cycles involving A/B tests and funnel optimizations.
• Use AI tools to generate growth ideas and accelerate the execution of experiments.
• Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify and unlock new growth opportunities.
• Engage cross-functionally with marketing, product, and data teams as an individual contributor.

Requirements

• Strong coding skills with the ability to ship quickly across the full stack.
• Experience building web experiences, funnels, and integrating APIs and automation tools.
• Deep understanding of growth loops, SEO, CRO, and lifecycle marketing, specifically for B2B mid-market and enterprise.
• Ability to design experiments and analyze metrics such as CAC, activation rate, retention, and LTV.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office 2-3 days per week.
