What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and improve the financial advisor platform with Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend.
• Build RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers for seamless user experience.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Write unit and integration tests using RSpec, Jest, or similar.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and deployments with DevOps.

Requirements

• 5+ years with Ruby on Rails
• 3+ years with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with PostgreSQL or relational databases
• Proficiency in scalable, secure, maintainable code
• Strong object-oriented and functional programming concepts
• Experience with testing frameworks

Nice to have

• TypeScript and Inertia.js
• Containerization (Docker) and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
