What you will do

• Develop and implement effective OOH solutions and media plans for clients.
• Manage vendor relationships, maintain market reports, and coordinate with media owners.
• Lead and mentor Team Assistants and Account Executives by example.
• Conduct competitive and post-campaign analysis to optimize media investment.
• Handle budget management and oversee production requirements and reports.
• Collaborate with other Kinetic markets on cross-market client requests.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Strong understanding of general media and OOH (ideally).
• Proven experience in budget management and strong numeracy skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using internal technical tools and adapting to new digital systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
