ML Ops Engineer (Azure)

ML Ops Engineer (Azure/Databricks): Developing and implementing the MLOps framework and AI governance guidelines to ensure the scalability and continuity of ML models across the organization with an accent on CI/CD pipelines and lifecycle management. Location: Remote (> 50% remote). Offices located in Germany (Aurich, Bremen, Mannheim, Magdeburg) and Canada (Montreal).

What you will do

• Develop company-wide AI Gold Standard guidelines and policies to ensure professional AI implementation.
• Implement and monitor the MLOps framework to guarantee continuity throughout the ML asset lifecycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Science, Data Engineering, and DevOps teams for scalable rollout of ML models and AI agents.
• Build and further develop the organization's AI governance structure.
• Identify and implement optimization potentials in the development and productive operation of ML models.
• Continuously evaluate the business value of advanced analytics products.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Solid experience with ML frameworks such as Databricks MLflow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience building scalable data/ML pipelines and implementing CI/CD processes for ML workflows.
• Proficiency with Azure, Unity Catalog, Git, PySpark, and Databricks.
• Knowledge of securing ML pipelines and responsible handling of sensitive data.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
