What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for global R&D roles in Israel, UK, and US.
• Partner with R&D leadership to define hiring strategies and calibrate talent profiles.
• Lead proactive sourcing strategies for AI/ML, deep learning, and generative AI talent.
• Drive structured hiring processes with clear communication and high candidate care.
• Implement AI-powered tools to optimize recruiting workflows.
• Collaborate with HR to improve manager capabilities and the candidate journey.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth AI or deep tech.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and a proactive, pipeline-first mindset.
• Ability to build trust and challenge assumptions with senior technical leaders.
• Deep knowledge of the R&D talent landscape, including ML research and data infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in recruiting workflows.
• Fluent English
