What you will do

• Coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle, ensuring consistency and alignment of inputs from Demand, Supply, and Finance.
• Consolidate and structure planning data to provide transparency on demand-supply gaps, forecast deviations, and financial impacts.
• Facilitate S&OP meetings, manage agendas, and document outcomes to ensure follow-up on key decisions.
• Provide independent analysis of planning outputs to highlight inconsistencies or gaps across functions.
• Monitor and report on key S&OP performance indicators, including service levels, inventory, and forecast accuracy.
• Contribute to the design and development of the Integrated Business Process and GRD S&OP/IBP framework.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain within a multinational environment.
• Direct exposure to S&OP activities or experience in S&OP/IBP consulting.
• Degree in Management Engineering, Business Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, BI tools, and BPM software.
• Experience with planning tools, specifically SAP IBP.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Parma, Italy.
