What you will do

• Drive and execute regional capacity planning for EMEA Packaging Material converting factories.
• Support the S&OP process and manage capacity and demand fluctuations at optimal cost.
• Maintain the regional capacity model and develop tools and reports to identify capacity issues.
• Optimize regional capacity and demand plans for production stops and new product introductions.
• Coordinate allocation changes between stakeholders, including BM teams, central offices, markets, and factories.
• Lead global production planning projects and drive WCM activities to improve performance and KPIs.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of operational experience in Supply Chain.
• MA or equivalent Supply Chain knowledge and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and effective stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of Planning, SAP, and P2/Ps Planning.
