What you will do

• Process customer orders, inform about availability and delivery dates, and provide guidance across ordering channels.
• Follow up on orders and inquiries, monitor against forecasts, and highlight deviations to improve accuracy.
• Handle customer claims in Quality Management, drive resolutions, and provide transparent feedback.
• Coordinate delivery planning, manage blocked orders, and agree on service levels with logistics.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts to meet SLAs and complete tasks accurately.
• Maximize sales by aligning plans, guiding through product portfolio, and offering alternatives.

Requirements

• Advanced level of German and English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years in customer-facing environment, preferably automotive or industrial.
• Proactivity and ability to work internationally with remote stakeholders.
• Strong MS Office, SAP (Order & Quality Management), and EDW reports in OTC.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain and effective communication skills.
