About the Role

You will provide support to clients via chat, phone, and email, representing the product professionally. You will learn and apply multiple workflows, policies, and tools, advise customers on market information and best practices, schedule and attend meetings, monitor financial news, participate in industry events, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Valid work permit that allows full-time employment
  • Fluency in Arabic (native or near-native) and advanced English (written and verbal)
  • Advanced knowledge of capital markets
  • Proven experience in Forex and solid understanding of market dynamics
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, ideally in fast-paced or financial environments
  • University or college degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong passion for learning and keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and advanced computer skills
  • Demonstrate responsibility ambition and a strong drive for growth
  • Energetic and able to create a positive client experience

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company and product professionally
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of workflows, policies, and tools
  • Advise clients on market information and best practices for decision-making
  • Schedule and attend meetings
