What you will do

  • Define and execute a unified GTM strategy for European and US markets, adapting to local regulatory and cultural nuances.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead cross-functional teams spanning Sales, BDR, RevOps, and Customer Success.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from initial discovery through procurement and legal sign-off.
  • Establish and refine pricing structures for bundled hardware, software, installation, and maintenance services.
  • Drive CRM and Revenue Operations maturity, ensuring high pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy for board reporting.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with system integrators, logistics operators, and facility management firms.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B revenue leadership, specifically scaling revenue from €/$20M toward €/$120M+.
  • Proven track record of selling complex, multi-component solutions involving hardware, software, and services.
  • Experience managing and growing teams across both Europe and the US.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise sales cycles (3-12 month deals) and multiple buying centers.
  • Strong command of CRM, RevOps processes, and revenue forecast methodologies.
  • Experience building and managing channel or partnership programs.
