What you will do
- Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders, translating them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the full requirements lifecycle, documenting decisions, assumptions, and changes.
- Own and maintain a structured knowledge base for product behavior and business rules.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams.
- Support quality assurance by reviewing scenarios and validating shipped features.
- Utilize AI/LLM tools to accelerate requirement drafting and documentation maintenance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in product development.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and define clear, testable business rules.
- Strong structured writing skills for concise and maintainable documentation.
- Practical experience integrating AI/LLM tools into daily analysis workflows.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
