What you will do

• Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders, translating them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the full requirements lifecycle, documenting decisions, assumptions, and changes.
• Own and maintain a structured knowledge base for product behavior and business rules.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Support quality assurance by reviewing scenarios and validating shipped features.
• Utilize AI/LLM tools to accelerate requirement drafting and documentation maintenance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in product development.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and define clear, testable business rules.
• Strong structured writing skills for concise and maintainable documentation.
• Practical experience integrating AI/LLM tools into daily analysis workflows.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
