Location: Hybrid (Paris, France)

Salary: €41,000 – €47,000 gross per year

What you will do

  • Plan and execute field marketing activities, including online and in-person events, webinars, and partner campaigns in France and Benelux.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to adapt messaging, content, and assets for regional audiences.
  • Enable Sales and regional teams with campaign guidance, templates, and tools.
  • Measure and analyze program performance to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Act as the central marketing point of contact for all field initiatives in the region.
  • Gather feedback from Sales teams to optimize regional campaigns and processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in Field Marketing or B2B SaaS Marketing specifically within the France/Benelux market.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • Ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable campaigns and frameworks.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Product Marketing teams.
  • Deep understanding of local business culture in France and Benelux.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Paris office (Hybrid).
