What you will do

  • Design and implement scalable server-side APIs and core infrastructure.
  • Develop high-throughput data pipelines and performance-critical frontend applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform ambiguous requirements into pragmatic roadmaps.
  • Build and maintain a planet-scale machine learning ecosystem for advertising growth.
  • Optimize web and mobile interfaces to ensure a seamless user experience.

Requirements

  • 4–15 years of professional software development experience in backend, frontend, or full-stack systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with solid fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Fluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written).
  • Must be based in or available to work from the Seoul R&D team.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Go, Java, or Python for backend development.
  • Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and React for frontend systems.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, BigQuery, Kafka, and gRPC.
  • Expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems.
