What you will do

• Manage the backend portal for trading systems to configure and control trading logic.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical product specifications for engineering implementation.
• Manage key trading configurations, including contract parameters, leverage, margin rules, liquidation, and risk limits.
• Partner with Trading Risk, Product Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure system safety and compliance.
• Monitor system performance and incidents, providing troubleshooting and driving continuous optimization of workflows.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quant fields.
• Less than 5 years of experience (including internships), ideally in trading systems, backend product, fintech, or platform roles.
• Strong understanding of trading fundamentals: order book mechanics, margin, leverage, liquidation, and risk management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Strong logical thinking and ability to work with complex mathematical models and system rules.

Nice to have

• Experience working with SQL, Python, or Excel.
